Where are you located?
Hollow Point Storage Solutions is located at 2325 South Commerce Street, Ardmore, OK 73401.
What are the office hours?
Our resident manager is available at the office to answer any questions you have, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (Monday – Friday) and from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm (Saturday).
Can I use the on-site kiosk?
Yes, even though you can speak with our manager at the desk to rent one of our storage units, our kiosk offers a convenient alternative. An example is if you wanted to make a reservation for a specific unit after hours. In that event, the 24-hour kiosk would allow you to accomplish that in a smooth way.
Do you offer 24-hour access?
Yes, we believe that constant access to your belongings is vital. You may need to use your stock anytime or unload a bunch of boxes in the middle of the night. No matter your reasons, you can complete your move in no time and go about the rest of your day.
Will I be able to pay online?
Great question! We don’t want our customers to wait in line just to get their payments done at our self-storage facility. With our online bill pay option, you will be able to pay the rent on time.
Do you have moving supplies?
Yes, our office is packed with all the supplies you need to safely pack and move your belongings. When you are moving, the last thing you want is to look around endlessly for used or old boxes.
Do you offer enough security?
Our self-storage facility is equipped with perimeter fencing and a modern access system that controls who can enter and exit through the gate. We also offer video monitoring for extra peace of mind while you are away.
